I am a cisgendered heterosexual able bodied white man, and I acknowledge that this unearned privilege allows me and other people like me to move through the world with relative ease.
     If my skin were not white, my experience would be entirely different
     If I were female, my experience would be entirely different
     If I took a step down the beautiful LGBTGEQIAP+ rainbow, my experience would be very different
     This is my unearned privilege
This does not mean that my life has been easy, and I have faced adversity in many ways. I acknowledge my privilege in the hopes that it will inspire others like me to acknowledge theirs.
